Why am I being charged a fee to return my items?Updated a year ago

If you choose to return your Parade via Return Bar, it's free to return your Parade items. If you'd prefer to mail-in your items, a $6.95 fee is required to cover the shipping costs.

We're currently experiencing an outage with our Happy Return Return Bars. If you need your return fee waived, please email us at [email protected] to process your Happy Return without the return fee.
